Positionieren Sie das BV nach folgen-

den Gesichtspunkten:

– die Höhe des Endlosmaterial-Aus-

tritts aus dem BV muß der erforderli-

chen Höhe der Fertigungsmaschine

angepaßt sein;

– die Längsachse des Endlosmaterials

muß mit der Maschinenachse überein-

stimmen.

•

Stellen Sie sicher, daß Sie die Stell-

schrauben stets bedienen können.

Bei senkrechtem/schrägem Einbau oder

hohen Taktzahlen mit großem Hub:

•

Berücksichtigen Sie das Gewicht

bzw. die Trägheit des Endlosmateri-

als.

Eine angetriebene Haspel des End-

losmaterials vermeidet Vorschubfeh-

ler.

•

Drehen Sie vier Befestigungsschrau-

ben ein.

Ausnahme: BV-200-125 C und

BV-100-70 C; hier sind nur zwei Be-

festigungsbohrungen vorhanden.

•

Please take the following into account

when positioning the BV:

– the height of the exit for the endless

material from the BV must be

adapted to the height of the manu-

facturing machine;

– the longitudinal axis of the endless

material must correspond to the

machine axis.

•

Make sure that you can always ope-

rate the adjusting screws.

If the BV is fitted in a vertical/diagonal

position or if there are a high number of

cycles and a long forward stroke,

•

please take into account the weight

and/or inertia of the endless material.

A driven reel on the endless material

prevents feed faults.

•

Tighten the four fastening screws,

except on BV-200-125 C and

BV-100-70 C. Here there are only

two fastening screws.
